Healthy eats

Hi lovies
Hope you are having a wonderful week so far.Today we  share with you something different …healthy eats.Trying to adopt a healthy snacking habit while you have a sweet tooth its not easy.I have been a junk person in my whole life i would prefer a packet of crisps to fruits but its now time  to go healthy and get that natural glow

  13. Looks delicious! I have a sweet tooth too but sometime fruits, dried or fresh, can really satisfy my cravings. When desiring ice cream, I always choose frozen yogurt instead.

  17. I do not have sweet tooth but more of a salt tooth, but I do need to eat more fruit and get in the habit. I brought a peach to work and forgot it was in my bag until it started going bad.
