What a better use of the time than to catch up with some reading.One thing I love about the festive season is that there is more free time, the workload has reduced. Am finding myself with more free time that I have had in other months. Am catching up on my favorite shows, tv series that I have pending, catching up with my reading both books and online articles. Christmas comes with a lot gifting and decorating. I love what Sevengrills for their Christmas section. They have quite a number of things from pajamas, ornaments, sweatshirts and hoodies, pajamas, leggings quite a number of things. Am on the lookout something that can make the house look warmer and festival. I really love this blanket to keep me warm as I watch some tv or to use while reading a book. Seeing that this time of the year most of the places are cold, this would come in handy.I remember when we were young, kids from the church, could go round to people houses singing Christmas carols and wishing them Merry Christmas. This remains to be one of my best memories. When I saw this bag, I just thought it would be something I would put candy in to give the children when they come knocking.
This year have flown, one more month to go. I have to admit its been one of my best years, a lot has happened both good and bad but mostly good and the bad has been learning experiences. Today I am sharing one of looks for the gym . I started my workout routine about eight months ago and I have to admit that I am loving the progress. At times hard but holding strong. Some of the things I like and enjoy about working out is how it makes me feel after a session. All the troubles I have had during the day I find that they no longer weigh on me. The feeling that I get when I realize that I am able to push myself harder than I thought is just explainable. My goal for joining the gym was to tone up and work on my upper body mostly. I have an awesome trainer who pushes me and keeps going, I have much to thank him for the progress I have made so far and I am super excited about the future. I can't wait to see more gains, it may take time but I am as patient as it is needed of me.

Going out partying is not my thing, so unless an occassion is calling for it i ten to do more of midi dresses and or even a long dress mostly for purposes of elegance and decency. The weekend is here, what better than to enjoy it in comfy yet chic look.I based my whole look on this coat which I am currently in love with. I love its uniqueness and the details on it. It has been really helpful in the current weather that we are experiencing, where one moment it is hot the next cloudy and chilly. I find it easy to style with almost all the looks that I put together and it is a good way of making a statement as well as elevating a basic look. I look forward to styling it differently and mostly with monochrome looks. I was feeling stripes and studs hence the leggings and the pumps. I find the look perfect for a weekend. How do you spend your free time on the net, am a huge fan of site pinterest and Polyvore. There is nothing as good as going home to a place that you love and look forward to, I find home decor to be an important aspect, am always on pinterest looking for ideas to restyle and incorporate in my house. This week my focus is on curtains, curtains have the power to brighten a room or make it dull. solid colours are my best, I tend to keep away from anything with designs or anything that is floral, I am however starting to like some U shaped ones, which I later discovered its a Romanian design. While of the images i have borrowed from Pinterest the others are from Roman Shadesale a place you can get a variety of unique Romanian shades for windows.
The weekend is here and what a perfect way to end the week than with a casual yet a chic outfit. Styling one of the staple pieces, a girl can never have enough black pants. I finished off this look with red pumps just to elevate the look a little. Super excited about this weekend since Hillsong the band will be performing in one of the churches here and I am looking forward to attending. Well groomed nails say much about a lady and it is even better when there is statement stone. Going through the Jeulia site i found quite some interesting rings, they have quite a beautiful array of affordable engagement rings . There is something about Sapphires that I find very elegant and beautiful, I have literally fallen in love with them. I find them to be the best substitute for diamonds which at times can be so expensive, Sapphire rings may not equal diamond ring but they are equally beautiful, durable and colourful. the rings are not only engagement ring but a girl can buy any of them to spoil herself.
This is one of my simplest pairing and styling as well, I love this look especially for church. Most of my flared dresses are normally worn to church. I think a black shoe would also look good on this as well as throwing some bangles on. Church to me is not a dress up event but I try to make sure that whatever I am wearing is decent meaning something subtle and not too short.Mostly because at times I serve as an usher/ greeter, it is important that I look warmly and presentable.

Cropped tops are normally versatile am sure every girl can find a way of styling one. they can be styled with skirts from bandage skirts, circle skirts, midi skirts among others. one can style one to work by pairing it with a blazer and accessorizing with a chunky necklace to finish off the look. I find cropped tops to be one of a must have item in the summer. in the collage above, i have showed one way of styling.
Starting the week off with a monochrome look with a touch of Orange, I love the richness of this shade. I love the open back of this half coat. I find this styling perfect for work, even lunching with friends etc... we would love to hear how you wear your half coats.
Today's look is an absolute favorite. I love how easy and simple it was to pair everything together.I have been wearing this top non-stop recently,its a universal piece.It can be styled with almost everything.Apart from pairing it with pants i love tucking it in skirts which give a more polished look.This time round i styled it with a pair pants and tucked it in on one side .I like how this pants adds a pop of color to the look.I added my beautiful heels and of course a mega smile.

Hope you had a fun week.Today we are showing you a simple look you can wear to church.When it comes to selecting my church looks i go for something decent and of course not so tight. I wore this look last Sunday,normally i prefer to wear a dress or a skirt to church but this time round i was in the mood of rocking pants.I love the fit on this pair of pants because they aren't so tight can even be worn on a formal occasion.To finish off the look i added my new bag ,layered some necklaces and my studded look.Enjoy the series of pictures below.
